This course includes the following topics: Introduction; Environmental, Health and Safety Policy; Training and Badges; Unsafe Acts and Conditions; Stop Work Authorization; Emergency Action Plan; Accountability; Accountability Contractor Lots and/or Offices; Alarms; Dress Requirements; Personal Protective Equipment; Respiratory Protection; Hazard Communication; Incident Investigation; Contraband; Personal Electronic Device; Barricade and Removable Railings; Barricade for Overhead Work; Fall Protection; Scaffolding; Utility Stations; Elevator Safety; Radiation Safety Awareness; Food/Beverages and Smoking Area; Motor Vehicle Safety; Access Restriction; Air Contaminants; Water Contaminants; Soil Contaminants; and Procedures and Government Regulations. Additional Course Notes: This course may be given up to two times to achieve a passing grade. If a passing grade is not achieved in two attempts, the employee will not be allowed to re-take the training course for thirty days. This course has been updated to reflect the current policies and procedures of Formosa Plastics Corp. The following sections have been added to the course: Stop Work Authorization, Elevator Safety, and Radiation Safety Awareness.
